We Order Processing & Delivery Timeline
- Processing/Making Time: 6-7 days
- Delivery Time After Dispatch: 5–6 working days
- Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Saturdays, Sundays, and Public/Other Holidays are not counted as working days for processing, delivery, or customer support.
Delays
While we strive to deliver on time, delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, such as courier issues, weather conditions, or unforeseen events. Mukta is not responsible for such delays.
Order Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Order cancellations or refund requests will NOT be accepted.
- Please place your order only after agreeing to the processing and delivery timelines.
Payment Method
- Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available.
All orders must be prepaid.
Address Responsibility
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete addresses. If a package returns due to an incorrect or unreachable address, reshipping charges will apply.
