Returns
Returns are accepted only in cases where:
- A wrong product was delivered.
- The item has a verified manufacturing defect or major fault from our side.
To initiate a return, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
The product must be unused, unwashed, and returned with original tags.
In case of a return, ₹99 will be deducted from the original payment towards return and handling charges. The balance amount will be refunded to the original mode of payment after the returned product is received and approved following a quality check.
Exchanges
We currently allow only size exchanges for the same article.
- The same product will be provided in the requested size, subject to availability.
- If the same product or size is unavailable, an article exchange of similar value may be offered.
Refunds
- Refunds are applicable only in cases of verified wrong or defective products or if an order is cancelled before dispatch.
- In case of parcel RTO (Return to Origin) or doorstep cancellation, a deduction of ₹99 will be made from the original paid amount.
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 working days after approval.
Order Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped. Once shipped, cancellations will not be accepted. You can cancel on the doorstep but reduction of INR 99 will be deducted from the original amount.
Courier Services
We partner with trusted third-party courier services. While we assist customers throughout, certain aspects like delays or transit issues are beyond our direct control.
